The Adventure Medical Kits Thermo-Lite 2 Bivy Sack is an ideal survival and emergency bag. Also works as a replacement for your sleeping bag when nighttime temps are 50°F or higher.
Made from tough, four-ply, waterproof, windproof fabric Thermo-Lite®, which will hold up to abuse while providing a soft feel and hydrophobic capabiliites. Thermo-Lite 2 on the bottom of the bag is 30% stronger than the original material. Thermo-Lite 2 lasts longer, withstands rocky ground and is easily repaired in the field with duct tape. Foot vent and large opening provide ventilation to prevent you from getting hot or clammy. Reuseable. Packaged in a Sil-Nylon carrying sack.
The superior strength and durability of Thermo-Lite waterproof reflective material is the result of a strong polyolefin, non-woven fabric combined with a protected thermal reflective layer. Thermo-lite materials offers higher performance for extended use than conventional reflective materials, and provides superior handling in wind situations.
