With a packed weight of just 765g the Laser Photon Elite beats all competition, in the lightweight tents, hands down. With the same shape and dimensions of the Laser Competition user comfort is not compromised and the Laser Photon will still sleep two racers and one person in comfort.
New fabrics and stakes create the bulk of the weight saving after painstaking research by Terra Nova. The titanium stakes weighs just 1g each and are exclusively available on the Laser Photon.
The Laser Photon Elite features a silicon coated groundsheet, which allows lighter weight fabrics to be used and still maintain water repellant performance.
The Laser Photon pitches flysheet first and the inner can be left connected, so it is exceptionally quick to erect. The transverse vestibule creates more usable space than a longitudinal vestibule and provides excellent shelter from the wind as well as a large entrance.
Dac ultralight pole is both lightweight and strong. Reflective guy line ropes and reflective trim on poles sleeve aids in easy identification.
